Bob joined PanFinancial in 2000 after working in the financial services arena for the past 20 years.
Bob's career includes executive positions with Transamerica, Unum, ING Life/NN Financial, and management positions with MONY Life and North American Life.
Bob has a strong background in risk management, strategic planning, underwriting, claims, customer service administration, change management and team building.
At PanFinancial, Bob manages the internal business processes, information technology, and staff, with a focus on the definition, design and implementation of quality processes. He will also be involved in broker support, relationship management and strategic planning.
Bob received his bachelor's degree from McMaster University, Ontario and is a Fellow, Life Management Institute, Associate, Customer Service and an active member of the Head Office Life Underwriters Association, Canadian Association of Disability Underwriters, Canadian Institute of Underwriters, and the Institute of Home Office Underwriters.
Bob has also achieved the prestigious “Court of the Table” membership in MDRT.
