She’s an avid reader—particularly drawn to the works of African authors and contemporary fiction—and enjoys cooking as a creative outlet. She also values wellness and balance, often turning to tennis, swimming, or local travel to stay grounded and inspired. Munashe values a lifestyle that balances discipline, creativity, and personal growth—both in and outside of work.

How you got into your field/started working together with PanFinancial:

Some people know their passion early on, but I like to say mine found me. Starting in an administrative capacity, I discovered aspects of this work that truly resonated with me. With my keen interest in analytical tasks, I have found a role where I can excel and bring my skillset to the forefront. Along the way, I’ve found a group of colleagues who make work enjoyable, and the relationships I’ve built are irreplaceable. I look forward to continuing this journey with my team and doing my best to provide impactful service to our clientele.
